Returns are not sent to this address by default. Email us first and we will send the correct return address with a reference number, otherwise your parcel arrives without a way to match it to an order.

What we will never ask you for
We will never ask for a card number, a CVV or a bank login by email, on the phone, or through this form. Payment happens once, on the authorized checkout page you reach from a buy button, and nowhere else. If a message claiming to be from NailsCleanPro asks you for payment details, it is not from us: forward it to [email protected] and delete it.
The addresses and the number on this page are the only official contact channels for the 2026 distribution. That is step four of the six-step source check on the authenticity page, and it exists precisely because impersonation is easier than counterfeiting.
