Why the window is 60 days and not thirty

Because thirty days would be dishonest. The review data on this portal says the median wait before a buyer noticed any change in the look of a nail was 26 days, and thirty-seven per cent of buyers put their first noticed change at five to eight weeks. A refund window that closes before the product has had a chance to be judged is a marketing device, not a guarantee. 60 days clears the point where the answer is actually knowable.

How to claim, in four steps

   Write to us

   Email [email protected] within 60 days of delivery with your order number. A sentence about what did not work is welcome but not required.

2. 02

   We send the return address

   Usually the same business day, always within one. You will get a reference number to write on the outside of the parcel.

3. 03

   Send the bottles back

   All of them, used and unused. Return postage is yours unless the order arrived damaged or wrong, in which case it is ours.

4. 04

   The money goes back

   Refunded to the card that paid, within five business days of the parcel arriving. Your bank then takes its own few days.

The two exclusions

There are exactly two, and they are the ones any company needs. Bottles bought somewhere other than this portal cannot be refunded here, because we never received that money and NailsCleanPro is not sold anywhere else. And a second refund on a repeat order of a product you already returned once is not covered, because at that point the guarantee has done its job.

What the guarantee is not

It is not a claim that NailsCleanPro will work for you. It is the opposite: an admission that it might not, backed with the only thing that costs us anything if we are wrong. A company confident enough to refund opened bottles for 60 days is telling you something more useful than any testimonial on this site.
