How NailsCleanPro ships, and how a return works

Shipping cost by package

The three and six bottle sets include free shipping inside the United States. The two-bottle set does not, and we do not print a flat figure for it because the checkout calculates it from your address. You will see the amount before you confirm, which is the only place it can be quoted honestly.

Tracking

A confirmation email goes out as soon as the order is placed, and a second email with a tracking link follows when the parcel is collected. If forty-eight business hours pass with no tracking email, check the spam folder first and then write to [email protected] with your order number.

Where we ship

The 2026 NailsCleanPro distribution serves the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO or FPO addresses, though the last three take longer. We do not currently ship outside the U.S. from this portal, and we would rather say that plainly than take an order we cannot fulfil.

If a parcel arrives damaged or wrong

Photograph the box and the bottles before you unpack any further, and email [email protected] the same day. We replace damaged and incorrect orders at our cost, including return postage, and we do not ask you to send anything back before the replacement goes out.

Returns and refunds

The refund window is 60 days from delivery and it covers opened bottles. Email [email protected] first for the return address and a reference number, because a parcel that arrives without one cannot be matched to your order. Return postage is yours on a change of mind and ours if we got the order wrong. Money goes back to the card that paid within five business days of the parcel reaching us.
