This portal holds less about you than you might expect, mostly because payment happens somewhere else. This page says exactly what sits where.
What this site collects
Browsing these pages leaves standard server records: an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested, the referring page and a browser string. They are used to keep the site working and to see which pages are read. They are kept for twelve months and then deleted.
What our checkout partner holds instead
Card details are never entered on enailscleanpro.com and never reach Cedarhouse Personal Care, Inc.. When you use a buy button you are handed to the authorized checkout operated by our payment partner, who collects the name, delivery address, email address and payment details needed to fulfil the order and is responsible for that data under their own policy. We receive from them the information required to pack and ship a parcel and to handle a refund.
Email you send us
Messages to [email protected] or [email protected] are stored in our support system with any attachments, so that a later question about the same order can be answered by whoever picks it up. Support correspondence is retained for twenty-four months. The contact form on this site opens your own email program and sends nothing to us on its own.
Cookies
This portal sets one cookie-equivalent, a session flag that remembers you dismissed the offer bar so it does not reappear on the next page. It expires when you close the browser and it identifies nobody. Third-party advertising and tracking scripts are not used on these pages.
Who else sees your data
The payment partner, the carrier that delivers the parcel and our email provider. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not build marketing lists from support correspondence.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Order and refund records may need to be kept for tax and accounting purposes even after a deletion request, in which case we will tell you what was kept and why. Residents of states with specific privacy statutes have the rights those statutes provide, and using this address is how to exercise them.
Security and children
The portal runs over TLS. Support records sit behind individual accounts with two-factor authentication. No system is perfect and we will not claim otherwise. NailsCleanPro is sold to adults; this site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
